I went to get some honey at the concord mills mall location but ended up not buying it. There were 2 men working there, one was sitting in a chair with his feet up on the counter a vape in his lap and eating and chewing pizza and trying to talk to me about the price. The other one was giving me the wrong price. They just lost me as a customer I'll go somewhere else. This was Saturday 1/3/2026 around 3pm. So 😔 😟

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had a horrible experience at the booth close to Old Navy side in Concord Mills. Two weeks prior I purchased the sour sop sea moss gel and was over charged I still have the receipt on my phone. I over heard the young lady tell someone the small was $20.00 but I was charged $25.00. I then returned again because I did enjoy the sea moss gel. I went to buy a bigger one and asked about the buy one get one free the young lady told me I was getting one free but charged me $60.00 which was gonna be plus tax for two big ones I walked off after the purchase because I knew it was another booth close to the food court. Once at the other booth I asked how much was her sea moss gel she said $35.00 or buy 2 get one free which is $70.00 dollars. I went back to the other booth close to Old Navy and wanted to do a return then she tells me about the other price after I spent $60.00 bucks. I look at my product good and wondered why it’s like a juice when I told her I wanted sea moss gel she sold me a drinkable sea moss that I didn’t want and now I’m stuck with 2 bottles I have no use for I tried the first one in my smoothies but it wasn’t the same. Ms. Karen is the most wonderful and kind business owner I’ve ever met! Her products are all made with quality ingredients and have been safe on my sensitive skin. Her food is DELICIOUS!!! These are the best Filipino spring rolls I’ve been able to find on the east coast. Please please give this small business all the love because they deserve it!

I love stopping by Karen’s spot in the Mall ! She is always sharing her wealth of knowledge about her products and her beloved Dad who she got the vision from . I told her this last time I won’t come to visit her at a kiosk next time it will a store front
